....of Hollywood and the left's double standard, we examine Thursday's dysfunction because Wednesday ended up being somewhat level-headed.... sort of.
Comedy Central comedian Samantha Bee apologized for calling Ivanka Trump, daughter and senior adviser to the president, a bad name. A name no one should ever be called no matter who you are.
The reason this is newsworthy at all is not because Samantha Bee is funny, but because it is the quinetessiental picture of how the left can do no wrong and how the right does all the wrong.
Roseanne was taken off the air for saying something dumb on the internet about the former administration. Was it wrong? Yes.
Was Samantha Bee taken off the air for saying something raunchy, embarassing, inappropriate and horrible in her show's dialouge? No, because that would be ridiculous and unnecessay apparently.
This is a prime example of how those of us who follow the media, the presidential administration and celebrities shouldn't glorify what they say and how we should focus our attention toward making this country better. In fact, making it great again :)
