Happy Wednesday!
Last week spoke, it was a quiet weekend, but the Grammy's were on.
I told you it wasn't very political, but I forgot to mention that Michelle Obama walked out at the very beginning alongside Lady Gaga, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Jennifer Lopez, and host Alicia Keys.
Obama didn't say anything political, but it's the sheer fact that she was there and they gave her a standing ovation for her presence that irritated me.
Since then, it's still been relatively quiet, which always makes me think they're up to something.
The president had his first rally of the 2020 campaign, which begins in June. The most interesting parts of the rally included one specific detail - Beto O'Rourke was also in town with his own rally. Thousands showed up for Trump's rally and just a few hundred showed up for hometown boy's rally.
Among other interesting details included a few protests, and Trump mentioned he doesn't have a dog. It's understandable, but maybe Barron wants one.
On Tuesday, it was announced that "Mexican kingpin Joaquin 'El Chapo' Guzman found guilty of running drug cartel, guaranteed life in prison," according to the Associated Press and Fox News.
Stay tuned for Friday!
