Some of the Strategies That Aren't Working

Another week means more days to post politics all over your social media - because no one is tired of it.

Today is the last day to register to vote in California, which is a key state to do well in.

I'll probably say this every day until the election, but I can't believe it's actually almost here. We are seriously 12 business days away from election day. I'd like to say all "midterm talk" will go away after that, but I know it won't.

Until then, every media network and publication will continue to talk about it, including this one.

I'll explain why Trump and his supporters are saying Democrats' commentary on Trump's agenda and everything they are doing to make sure it doesn't work is in fact working in his favor.

The first and most important issue in the news cycle today is this massive caravan trying to make its way to America from Honduras. I won't use this post to speculate because I just don't have any factual evidence to back-up any speculation I do have.

All I will say is hard working, patriotic, Trump supporting Americans do not want this caravan entering the United States. We have no idea what their plans are. The media has said they are escaping a life-threatening country, but why right now before this election?

It's awfully suspicious timing, and I have a lot of questions about it. As a Texan hearing they may be coming into America through Texas, I would by lying if I said I wasn't a little bit scared about it.

Another issue that is helping is the Kavanaugh debate that went on for far too long. I think that conversation is losing momentum at this point, but a bunch of candidates were figuratively gaining votes by being in support of Kavanaugh.

The biggest issue among Americans is genuine socialism they are afraid of. There is an entire world of policies and stances under socialism that would take another blog post to discuss.

Long story short: anyone who has an inkling of an idea what socialism truly is, they are certain they aren't voting for a candidate who has socialistic stances.

It doesn't matter if an elected official is talking on the record opposing or supporting what Trump's doing, they are helping Trump-endorsed candidates get elected regardless. It's pretty simple.

I look forward to hearing where this caravan conversation goes. I find it pretty interesting.
