Three Stories You Need to Know About (And Other News Happening)

I can't believe it's already Friday again! This week continues to be weird as far as news goes because there are a lot of stories going on, but the end of them is nowhere to be found, so it seems.
This is the part of politics that I don't like because there's a lot going on in Washington, and I wish I could be out there on the front row to witness it. For now, I must go by what the media is saying.
So, for the next few stories, we will turn to the Associated Press for the latest.
1. Florida's ongoing voting fraud:
According to the AP at 7pm, "election offices across Florida must hand count a bare minimum of 54,000 ballots in the senate race. The deadline for finishing the hand count is Sunday."
2. Whitaker allows Mueller probe to continue:
There was speculation that Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker may close down the Special Counsel's investigation on President Trump.
According to the Associated Press, "Whitaker told Republican Senator Lindsey Graham in a meeting on Thursday that the investigation will proceed."
Later the article states that a group of bipartisan senators "are concerned about Whitaker's past criticism of the Mueller probe."
3. North Korea is testing "ultramodern tactical weapon":
According to the AP, "North Korean leader Kim Jon Un observed the successful test of an unspecified "newly developed ultramodern tactical weapon," state media reported last Friday, in an apparent bid to apply pressures on the U.S. and S. Korea amid a stalemated nuclear diplomacy."
Stories I'll be following over the weekend:
- Any movements at the border with the military that is deployed because of the Central American caravan.
- Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen's employment (the AP reported a few days ago that President Trump doesn't think Nielsen has cracked the whip on immigration as much as he would like.)
- Florida senate and governor's races
- Whether California wildfires will ever stop
- The Trump interview on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace at 2 and 7pm ET
Like I said, there's a lot going on with very little answer to anything. I guess this really is President Trump's world.
Y'all have a great weekend, try to stay warm, and safe!
