We Can Finally Move Forward

I have good news to begin this Thanksgiving Week - there are only three more days until we all get to be with our families and eat a lot of food. We can do it!
On this fine Monday morning, I can also tell you the Florida and Georgia senator and governor's races are finally over! Stacey Abrams, Bill Nelson, and Andrew Gillum all conceded in their races.
Nelson ended his decades-long run of governorship in Florida. Gillum would have been the first African-American governor in Florida, according to the New York Times. Abrams would have been the first female African-American governor in Georgia, according to CNBC.
On that same note, Broward County Election official, Brenda Snipes has resigned, which will take effect in January.
Apparently Mexico didn't want the migrant caravan entering their country either. "The protesters said they had no problem with legal immigration, but they were strongly opposed to what they called an "illegal invasion," according to NBC News.
The article goes on to state, "some protesters said the Mexican government should follow President Donald Trump's lead and adopt tougher border policies."
Now that we have a few more answers than we did on Friday, hopefully that is a good start to everyone's week!
